MY ACCOUNT & MY ORDER
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER ?
- Browse our collection and choose your favorite product.
- Select the appropriate size and color. Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order.
- Click the Add to Cart button.
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details carefully.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Click Complete Order to place your order successfully.
- Make the payment for the prepaid orders and done
Once your order is placed, we'll start creating your product specially for you.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- The confirmation email will contain your Order ID and order details.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.
- You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Every Maddy Makers product is made-to-order.
- Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
- Once dispatched, your order will be delivered through our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Your package will be securely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / UPI / NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE?
- Please verify whether the payment amount has been deducted from your bank account.
- Sometimes banks authorize the payment even if the order is not successfully created.
- In such cases, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank.
- Refunds generally reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- If the amount is not reversed after this period, please contact your bank and then reach out to our support team.
HOW SHOULD I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- Log in to your Maddy Makers account.
- Navigate to the Orders section.
- Select the order you wish to track.
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
- You can use this tracking link anytime to view the latest delivery updates.
Alternatively:
- Scroll down to the footer of the Maddy Makers website.
- Under the Support section, click on "Track Your Order."
- Enter your Order Number or Tracking Number.
- Click Track to view the current status of your shipment.

PAYMENT MODE
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE IF I MAKE PAYMENT USING UPI, NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD, OR CREDIT CARD?
All credit card, debit card, and net banking transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted connection, ensuring your money is safe.
WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?
If the COD option is unavailable, it’s because it’s not supported for your postal code. You can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or have the order delivered to an alternate address where COD is available.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If you experience a payment failure, please try again and ensure the following:
- Verify that your account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking) are correct.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable during the process.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
📦 India: 4–8 business days after processing
🌍 International: 6–15 business days after processing
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, courier delays, or high order volumes.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier partner details
- A shipment tracking link
These details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.
Alternatively, you can track your order directly on our website:
- Scroll to the bottom of the website.
- Under the Support section, click Track Your Order.
- Enter your Order Number or Tracking Number.
- View the latest status and tracking updates for your shipment.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Yes, but only within 4 hours of placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or order details, please contact our support team as soon as possible. After 4 hours, your order may already be in production and changes may no longer be possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, we gladly replace your item or receive return if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item or design.
- The package is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier).
- Delivery is severely delayed with no delivery attempt after 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface).
HOW IS OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS DONE?
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 5 days of delivery. How to report:
- Email carryo.bagsofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number.
- Attach clear photos of the product defect and the original packaging.
- Attach an unboxing video (strongly recommended to guarantee claim approval).
Important: Claims made after 5 days or requests without sufficient video/photo proof cannot be approved.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?
- The processing time for returns is 2-3 weeks. This timeframe includes the courier's reverse pickup transit time.
- Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory QC check.
- Your refund will only be initiated after the product successfully passes the QC check.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the funds to reflect in your account.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
At Maddy Makers, every item is custom-made just for you after you place an order. Because of this personalized process, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
We cannot offer free returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind or personal style preferences.
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
- Minor color differences between your screen and the print.
- Accidental damage caused while opening the package with scissors/knives.
Note: Please check our size charts carefully before ordering. A manufacturing measurement tolerance of up to ±0.5 inches is normal and not considered a defect.
DO I HAVE TO SEND BACK ALL ITEMS TOGETHER OR CAN I RETURN THEM SEPARATELY?
Customers have the flexibility to return items individually without needing to return the entire order. This option is referred to as ‘Partial Returns.’
Partial Returns offer a more convenient and efficient way to manage your returns, tailored to your specific needs.
IN CASE I RETURN THE PRODUCTS, WILL THE COD/SHIPPING/GIFTING CHARGES BE CREDITED BACK?
No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns on certain items, including caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers.
CAN I CANCEL A RETURN REQUEST AFTER IT HAS BEEN INITIATED?
Once a return or exchange request has been initiated, we are unable to cancel it. This policy is in place to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our return and exchange processes. We encourage you to carefully review your decision before initiating a return or exchange request to avoid any inconvenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You can only cancel an order before it enters production.
- You must email your cancellation request within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Send your request immediately to carryo.bagsofficial@gmail.com.
- Once production begins after this window, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
- If cancellation request within 4 hours of placing the order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
REFUND POLICY
WHAT AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN CASE OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE?
- Discounts & Product Value: Refunds are calculated based only on the final product price paid, after adjusting for any coupon codes or discounts used during purchase.
- No Return Deductions: We do not charge any additional processing, restocking, or reverse shipping fees for your return/exchange.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. COD Orders: ₹75 shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Approval & Settlement: Once your claim is submitted, it will be forwarded for internal Refund Approval. Once approved, the funds will reflect back into your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We notify customers via email as soon as the refund process is initiated. If you haven’t received your refund yet:

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR RETURNS OF ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE?
If an order placed during sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
WHAT IS REFUND POLICY FOR PRE-PAID ORDER CANCELLATION?
You can cancel your order for a full refund by emailing carryo.bagsofficial@gmail.com within 4 hours of order placement.
