At Maddy Makers, every order is carefully made and prepared with attention to quality. Because many of our products are made-to-order, shipping and processing times may vary slightly depending on demand and destination.
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note:
- Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, product launches, or peak shopping seasons.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Because many products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery location,
- product weight,
- shipping method selected,
- order size.
International customers may also be responsible for:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT,
- brokerage fees,
- additional local charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
- a tracking number,
- carrier information,
- shipment tracking link
via email or SMS depending on your notification preferences.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Address & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
If you need to:
- change your shipping address,
- update contact details,
- modify your order,
please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this period, orders may already be in production and changes may no longer be possible.
If a package is returned due to:
- incorrect address,
- incomplete address,
- failed delivery attempts,
additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Maddy Makers is not responsible for:
- lost packages,
- stolen packages,
- delivery theft,
- incorrect delivery caused by customer-provided information.
If your package is delayed, we recommend:
- checking tracking updates,
- contacting the carrier directly,
- reaching out to our support team for assistance.
While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee carrier resolutions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- misprinted,
- or incorrect,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- your order number,
- clear photos/videos of the item,
- photos of packaging (if applicable),
- a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we may offer:
- a replacement item,
- store credit,
- or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on:
- product type,
- warehouse location,
- supplier availability,
- fulfillment partner logistics.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & International Delays
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and processing delays that are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and paying any required duties or taxes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
