Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Maddy Makers, every product is made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Orders placed with incorrect size/address details provided by the customer

However, if your item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted, or
  • significantly different from what you ordered,

we will gladly provide:

  • a free replacement, or
  • store credit, depending on the situation.

To request a replacement or store credit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • clear photos/videos of the item,
  • packaging photos, and
  • your order number.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Return Policy

Because our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in limited situations.

We offer a 30-day return request window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Tags must remain attached (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was sent, or
  • the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will provide the return address after the return request is approved.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To begin a return or replacement request, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is caused by us or our manufacturing partner, we will:

  • send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • provide store credit where applicable.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled or modified within 4 hours of placement only.

After this period, orders enter production immediately and cannot be canceled, changed, or edited.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, eligible items may still be returned according to our return policy.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier issues,
  • customs processing,
  • high seasonal demand,
  • weather conditions, or
  • production delays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • we are not responsible for lost packages,
  • reshipping charges may apply.
